Access to the program is provided solely for the purpose of participating in the certification program and, where applicable, evaluating its suitability for a potential collaboration with Functional Movement Training Centre Pty Ltd

I agree that, without prior written permission from Functional Movement Training Centre Pty Ltd, I will not:

  • copy, reproduce, record, download or distribute course content except where expressly permitted within the program;
  • share course materials or provide access to another person or organisation;
  • adapt, reproduce or incorporate the program's proprietary materials, frameworks or methodologies into another program, product, service, training system or commercial offering; or
  • use the course content or intellectual property independently of Functional Movement Training Centre Pty Ltd for commercial, educational or organisational purposes.

For the avoidance of doubt, access for evaluation does not authorise the recipient or their organisation to independently implement, reproduce or develop a substantially similar program using the proprietary materials disclosed through the certification.

All intellectual property rights in the program remain with Functional Movement Training Centre Pty Ltd. Access to the program does not transfer ownership or grant any licence or right to use the intellectual property other than for the purposes expressly permitted above.
